It only takes seven steps to install a Mon de Pra pool. Only seven! If terrain conditions permit, your pool can be installed and commissioned in just four days.
What are the steps to install a prefabricated swimming pool?
Soil excavation
The first step is to decide where to install the pool. Certain factors must be taken into account. Once the location is defined, soil excavation can begin. Attention ! Don’t forget to check whether or not there is a water table before digging.
Land conditioning
Now it's time to level the ground using small gravel which will need to be leveled so that the pool rests correctly on the bottom.
Pool placement and leveling
The swimming pool is unloaded and placed in the location dug during the excavation stage and leveled by the workers, who check the correct leveling of the hull.
Perimeter Fill
To prevent any possible movement, the remaining space between the hull and the hole dug during excavation is filled with gravel. Lateral buttresses are installed around Mon de Pra swimming pools to reinforce the structure of the shell without sacrificing the flexibility offered by the material, which, in the event of ground movement, makes it possible, for example, to avoid leaks or cracks.
Peripheral installations
At this point, all that remains is to add the elements of the system (pipes, skimmer, etc.). This step can be carried out at the same time as the gravel filling. All elements are installed and connected to the garden shed or the technical filtration room.
Concrete strip
It is recommended to reinforce the concrete with a metal mesh structure for the correct installation of your swimming pool.
Installation of the coping
Finally, the last step consists of installing custom-made coping stones for each model of polyester swimming pool.
If the terrain allows it, enjoy your pool in just three or four days with these seven steps!
